Winter Pemi-Loop - Views From The Top

Sir Edmund (Jeffrey S.) was with Frodo and me when we did the winter Pemi loop. It was January 2, 2005, IIRC. I don't know of any others. I DO know that your time was faster!! Congrats.

No spur trails for us. We just did the standard loop with the 9 4k's. Lots-O-trail breaking that day...

Hypothetically speaking, if I were to do a single day winter Pemi-Loop, I would go counter-clockwise. I wouldn't do the spur trails because I'd want to be sure to be below treeline before dark.
